Orders outside Bloemfontein ship with Paxi. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Typical door-to-door delivery is 1–3 business days to major centres and 2–5 business days to outlying areas.
We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Import duties, VAT or customs charges levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Devices ship in protective retail-style packaging with a charging cable and documentation. A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby depot.
