Chngs ships certified refurbished iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices from Bloemfontein, South Africa, to customers locally and around the world.
All local orders ship with Pexi. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Typical door-to-door delivery is 1–3 business days to major centres and 2–5 business days to outlying areas.
We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Import duties, VAT or customs charges levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Every device goes through a final 40-point check before it leaves us. Once dispatched you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel to the door.
Devices ship in protective retail-style packaging with a charging cable and documentation. A signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby depot.
